Beginning as a Chartered Surveyor working on a mix of civil engineering and infrastructure projects, Toby moved into executive search and consulting services, founding Holtby Turner Limited in 1999. His mission was to offer a down-to-earth, polished and yet personable service to help clients achieve success by securing the finest talent for their organizations. This goal remains unchanged 17 years later and York Street allows a broader service offering to clients.
